Ingredients
·         half of a chicken
·         3-5 catfish fillets
·         fermented fish paste
·         ½ cup of fish sauce
·         a half of litter coconut milk
·         1 cup of chopped lemon grass (can buy frozen if fresh is unavailable)
·         5-10 cloves of garlic
·         turmeric powder
·         salt
·         sugar
·         fresh chili pepper
·         vermicelli noodles
·         vegetables (bean sprouts, green papaya, cucumber, long bean, and anything you want to add)


Soup in Cambodia Khmer noodles

3 quarters full of water in a pot, boil them and submerge a half of chicken to cook. When the chicken is fully cooked, pick it up outside the pot and let it cool down. Do it similarly with catfish fillets. DO NOT dump it in the broth.
